What did we do?

We conducted audits of the structure, analytics, UX (User Experience), and usability of the website, as well as web positioning (SEO) and its SEO strategy (Search Engine Optimization).

These audits were carried out by our experts at Mindset Digital in web development, web analytics, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), UX, and SEO, with the aim of determining the improvements that could be made to enhance BCN Vision’s online presence.

For this purpose, we conducted an in-depth analysis of BCN Vision’s website to assess its usability, analyzing CTAs (Call To Action), tagging, sales funnels, and website objectives. When conducting an audit of web analytics and usability, it is essential to work closely with the client to develop a solid web strategy.

Additionally, regarding the analytics study, we also analyzed how Google tools, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager were structured and managed. The goal was to ensure that the tools were being used correctly and were structured to extract the maximum possible data, crucial for objective decision-making and data-supported insights.

How did we do it?

Regarding the SEO study of BCN Vision’s website, thanks to tools such as Google Search Console and Semrush, we analyzed the company’s situation both technically and in terms of on-page SEO. We conducted keyword research and provided recommendations for implementing changes to increase rankings in as many keywords as possible on SERPs.

Furthermore, we trained the marketing team in digital marketing tools and strategies so they could implement their digital transformation. We worked with our team of experts to review a different strategy and lever each week and ensure they understood how to attract new leads and improve the conversion funnel.
