What have we done?

We carried out a strategic digital marketing plan, studying the different competitors of pharmaceutical products and sports supplements in the market to conduct a benchmark and see which digital tactics to pursue.

We are implementing the 360º omnichannel strategy, activating the different levers we observed in the study that could grow the Epaplus brand and presence. The SEO lever is one of them, creating new and improved content for its blog with articles containing valuable content that also allows us to develop a keyword positioning strategy.

On the other hand, we have also opened channels for SEM and Facebook Ads to increase brand visibility and presence, and ensure search clicks. We are also working on the remarketing strategy on these platforms, targeting users who have already visited the website or are loyal buyers of the brand.

How have we done it?

Social media management, especially Instagram, is being led by our expert in content creation for social media and Instagram. We have created a content and giveaway calendar to increase followers and, above all, interaction with the account. The company’s physical giveaways, common in pharmacies, are also promoted and advertised through social media.
